材料 (Ingredients) ：

4 tinfoil radish cake trays (eight inches, 2 catty-cake) (optional purchase)

One catty of rice flour* (one catty in Hong Kong = 605g, minus 1 cup of 250g = 355g rice flour + 250g wheat starch)
* 粘米粉    (英文：Rice Flour; 香港叫粘米粉; 馬拉叫籼米粉; 台灣叫再來米粉; 日本叫上新粉/上糝粉、じょうしんこ)
