農場背景簡介：

⛰️大帽山環境得天獨厚，氣溫清涼🌡️，流水清澈💧，成就本地嘅產名物 - 川龍西洋菜。五十年代開始，川龍家家戶戶均種植西洋菜，是香港難得四季可種植西洋菜嘅地方，更為當時其他產區提供菜種。

現時，大帽山只剩下幾個農場種植西洋菜，分為旱地及濕地西洋菜。悅來農莊是罕有用有機方式種植旱地西洋菜嘅農場。

場主羅國生先生堅持每朝到街市收集雞毛、魚腸及魚鰓，用來製作自家嘅天然有機肥料🌱。佢出產嘅西洋菜營養充足，充滿濃濃嘅菜味，菜色呈深綠色，菜脈長出紅色血根、菜莖鮮嫩無渣，非常美味！👍🏼佢亦承傳父母種植技藝，再加上長時間觀察和實踐，從而自創一套種植方法。對於落肥時間、水份控制、摘菜方式等等亦相當講究，所以一棵好食嘅西洋菜，背後一啲都唔簡單！

我哋有幸邀請到羅生傳授獨門心法，分享種植經驗和技巧，希望能夠讓種植旱地西洋菜嘅技藝傳承下去。有興趣了解西洋菜種植嘅朋友，千祈唔好錯過依個難得嘅機會喇！🏃🏻🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️
