Product Description：Three-flowered toes (also known as three-flowered tendons and toe meat) account for 2% of the total cattle and last for 8 seconds.

The calf toe is two small strips of cow leg tendon on the inner thigh of the front leg. A cow can be called calf toe only if the two tendons on the front leg are wrapped around each other. Therefore, the beef in this part is the most elastic, crispy and full of muscles.

． The center muscle of a cow’s front leg is the most elastic part of the cow

． The weight of the cow is concentrated in the rear, the muscles are solid, and the leg meat has bites

． Heat the soup and simmer for 6 seconds until the middle fiber becomes translucent.
