We bring together farmers and artisans to leverage the unique characteristics of local produce, innovating "Grown in Hong Kong, Made in Hong Kong" to bring you a brand new taste of local seasonal flavors!

LoCoFARMS is operated by the social enterprise Local Farmhouse Limited; its production base is the LoCoKITCHEN small-scale food manufacturing plant in Sha Tau Kok, which focuses on the research and development and production of locally processed food and agricultural products, managed by a community women's processing team.

🥮 100% Locally Grown Lotus Seed Mooncakes

Made with lotus seeds from local lotus ponds

Currently, most lotus seed paste mooncakes produced by local bakeries and food manufacturers for the Mid-Autumn Festival use lotus seeds sourced primarily from mainland China. "LoCoFARMS," a local agricultural innovation brand, is relatively new but has consistently advocated for the use of Hong Kong-grown agricultural products. They use lotus seeds from the Lai Chi Wo Nature Management Agreement Farm's Lian Tang to make their Pandan Lotus Seed Paste Mooncakes. This year, they aim to launch 300 boxes of four different colored mooncakes, including the Pandan Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake, which features a pandan custard filling wrapped around lotus seed paste from Lai Chi Wo.
