Fengyuan Additive-Free Bread

| Adhering to the Additive-Free Philosophy | While bringing consumers soft and delicious bread, we insist on not adding any preservatives or phytochemical additives. From raw materials to production ingredients and water, we have very high requirements. We would rather have a short shelf life and bake bread every day than compromise on natural health.

Product Adjustments

Starting December 1, 2025, we will use lard instead of Bread Shortening in our production. The lard used will contain 7.3% less saturated fat and 7.3% more unsaturated fat than the currently used Bread Shortening (練りショートニング), and will not contain trans fats.

First in Hong Kong to receive ISO 22000 certification

For over 60 years, the brand has focused on the health of the next generation.

A new factory was established in 2003, occupying 20,000 square feet in the Yam Hop Hing Building in Kwai Hing. Advanced automated machinery was introduced, eliminating manual labor from flour mixing and shaping to cutting. In 2013, the brand invested heavily in building a more hygienic and safer bakery, becoming the first bakery company in Hong Kong to receive "Food Safety and Hygiene Management System Certification".

Product Formulas Upgrade

To improve our product quality, we continuously research and optimize our product formulas.

Starting December 1, 2025, we will use lard instead of bread shortening in our production. The lard used will contain 7.3% less saturated fat and 7.3% more unsaturated fat than the currently used bread shortening, and will not contain trans fats. Reducing saturated fat intake is beneficial and harmless to the body.
