Timeless Craft · Expert Growers
We selected Dunhuang, Inner Mongolia and the Gobi Desert for our greenhouse sites for one key reason — their extraordinary natural growing advantages. The extreme desert climate, abundant sunlight and dramatic day-night temperature difference help the melons build up rich honeyed aroma and refined flesh texture, forming their distinctive flavour and striking appearance. The loose, well‑drained sandy soil further complements their growth.
From precision-controlled greenhouse cultivation to tender post-harvest handling, every harvest embodies the harmony of science and patient nurturing.Every DR.Melon Raiden melon maintains premium quality all the way, travelling from these desert lands to your palate.

Raiden Melon · Luscious Red Flesh
Rich, vivid fruit aroma fills its crimson flesh. Silky and fine in texture, it boasts deep, full sweetness for a truly indulgent taste experience.
Season: Early April – mid to late January.
Key Traits: Vibrant crimson flesh, high sugar content and rich aroma for striking visual appeal.
Firmness: Medium-firm. Even when fully ripened, the flesh holds its shape and does not fall apart easily when cut.
Weight: Approximately 1.3–2.5 kg per melon.
Nutrition: Packed with beta-carotene, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and potassium. Supports antioxidant intake and nutritional replenishment.
Q: How long should I leave the melon before eating?
A: Ready to enjoy straight away. Melons are harvested only after ripening on the vine, with over 1500 hours of accumulated sunlight. Every batch undergoes sugar testing; we pick only once Brix hits 14+, to guarantee prime flavour.
Q: When does the melon taste its best?
A: It comes down to personal preference. The melon continues to soften and develop deeper aroma with post-harvest ripening. The longer you keep it, the silkier the flesh and richer its scent.
Q: Should I store it in the fridge?
A: Refrigerate at 4–8°C for optimum texture and longer shelf life. Left at room temperature, the melon will ripen faster.
