distance pricing
We base the order price based on the region, enter the shipping address and the weight of the shipped goods (if any), and already include the distance and weight of the shipment that needs to be processed.
time pricing
For rush orders, next day orders, Sunday orders or orders for delivery at a designated time, we will consider additional shipping charges.
We recommend adding the remarks to handle matters after arriving at the location. For some customer requirements, it is not convenient to answer the phone. Please indicate it in the delivery address or remarks to improve the efficiency of outsourced logistics providers, novice drivers and delivery errors.
Example: You want the driver to notify you half an hour before delivery, or no phone call is required. Another example is, please leave the goods at the door when you arrive, and please do not ring the doorbell.
Our current delivery conditions are that if the order credit code is less than $500 for free shipping, you need to add the shipping fee. However, we occasionally encounter customers who purchase goods for $30 and then add $60 for shipping. We really can't do these orders. There is a reasonable profit, but if we set a minimum limit for each order, our system will be too complicated and it will also reduce the rights of customers who want to obtain our products.
If you normally pay staff HK$60/hr to handle this task, we recommend adding HK$30 to the order tip to appropriately cover the extra time (30 minutes) for processing the order, and to take photos and upload proof in the system .
We also strongly recommend that if the order amount is less than $200, we will have to subsidize your order and we will not be able to earn a reasonable profit.
