Nutritional value: Bell peppers are rich in vitamins A, B, C, carbohydrates, fiber, calcium, phosphorus, iron and other nutrients. It is also the highest vitamin A and C content in vegetables.

Cooking method:Dice or shred raw bell peppers and add them to the salad for bright colors. Red, yellow and orange peppers are all sweeter than green peppers. Cut the bell pepper into pieces and add pork or beef. The dishes include pork ribs with black bean sauce or sweet and sour pork.
