Benefiting from abundant sunshine, the majestic Mount Fuji nearby, and significant day-night temperature differences, Yamanashi produces exceptionally high-quality fruits, with Kyoho grapes being its most iconic and prestigious variety, often called the "King of Grapes".


We specialise in gluten-free, dairy-free, white sugar-free, low-sugar, additive-free, preservative-free, allergy-free, plant-based alternatives, all of which contribute to a healthier microbiome.

Kyoho is one of Japan's most famous black grape varieties, developed in 1945 through a cross between Ishihara Wase and Centennial. Known for its large, plump berries, thick skin, intensely sweet and juicy flesh, and distinctive muscat-wine aroma, it is widely regarded as the "King of Grapes". Yamanashi, Nagano and other regions are major production areas, with Yamanashi Kyoho being especially premium and highly sought after in Asian markets.
