Haruka apple (known as “Fuyu Koi” or “Winter Love” in some markets) is a rare late-season variety developed in Japan’s Iwate or Aomori Prefecture, considered one of the premium high-end apples. It features pale yellow to golden skin, with crisp, juicy flesh that is exceptionally sweet (typically 15-16° Brix or higher) and nearly acid-free. When cut open, it often reveals radial or honey-core patterns (transparent honey infiltration), exuding a gentle, elegant aroma (like banana milk or subtle pineapple). Due to its very short season, limited production, and cultivation in harsh cold environments to enhance sweetness and honey content, it is hailed as a “winter-limited dream apple,” perfect for fresh eating or as a luxurious gift.

この岩手で生まれた「はるか」を、 県内りんご栽培のスペシャリスト達が研究会を立ち上げ、 今までの常識を覆す究極の林檎栽培に挑戦、 卓越した栽培技術と岩手の大自然で育て上げた果実を。


更に、一個一個、最新式の光センサー選果機で糖度とミツ入りを測定し、 高い水準を満たした果実だけを箱詰めしました。


それが、いわて純情りんご「冬恋」です。


岩手の寒さで鍛え抜かれた歯ごたえのある食感と。 果実の中に凝縮されたミツと甘さのハーモニーを、 どうぞお楽しみください。
