Thai Red Diamond Pomelo, also known as Siam Ruby Pomelo or Concubine Honey Pomelo, originates from the unique terroir of southern Thailand's Trang Province (Lopburi area) and holds Geographical Indication (GI) status as a royal delicacy for over 300 years. The fruit features a thick, green-to-yellow rind that's easy to peel, revealing vibrant ruby-red flesh that's plump, juicy, and exceptionally sweet with a subtle orchid-like aroma and minimal fiber or seeds. With yields comprising only about 5% of Thailand's pomelo production, it's a rare, limited-export treasure.
