A few years ago, a friend introduced me to a noodle maker. I started out as a gourmet. At first, I ate it in my own family. The soup was very clear. Different from the ones I used to eat, there were bubbles and a sticky soup. I introduced some good friends to eat. A lot of friends asked me to help him buy it. Since I bought a lot, the the noodle master started to make it for me. In a blink of an eye, I have been selling it for more than 6 years.

Due to the good reputation, my partner and I came up with the brand "Mammamia Noodles" (好媽媽靚麵) and launched it on the market to share with friends who like traditional noodles.

The noodle soup made by top chefs (Mammamia noodle series) does not need to be over water or cold river. The soup has no alkaline water taste and is rich in nutrients! All dried noodles are 100% made in Hong Kong, with traditional noodle making techniques and high-quality ingredients, the products are of high quality. The dry noodles produced by Mammamia include whole egg noodles, shrimp noodles and various flavors made with all-natural materials. Over the years, they have been supported and appreciated by customers, and the “Good Mother” hopes to pass on this traditional craftsmanship.

My friends will ask: Is “New Kang Kee” Noodles the current "75-year-old Kang Kee Noodles"? I responded: My noodles are not from this Kang Kee Noodles, but it have inherited the craftsmanship of a master, and our noodles can be compared with them.

The soup noodles made by top chefs (Mammamia Premium noodles series), do not need to pass water, do not need to “pass” water, the soup has no alkaline water taste and is rich in nutrients!

Mammamia's dry noodles are made of the best quality flour and eggs with the best ingredients; scallop shrimp egg noodles are made by mixing scallops with flour; tomato pepper noodles are made of 100% real tomato granular pepper and real fish soup, it is fragrant and have real taste, not same with tomato powder and pepper power. All noodles only need to be boiled in water for 4 to 5 minutes, only need to add a little salt to taste, without any seasoning, it is healthy and natural, smooth and delicious!
