🛍 Product Information (Main) (English)：

Asparagus contains aspartic acid, an amino acid that helps eliminate fatigue. It is one of the good ingredients for maintaining physical strength in spring. Asparagus is produced from April to November every year and is suitable for growing in an environment of about 25 degrees C and sandy soil. There are three main types of asparagus: green asparagus, purple asparagus, and white asparagus. Can you tell the difference between them? The difference in color is actually caused by the timing of harvesting and sunlight during planting!

Purple asparagus is relatively rare, but its beautiful color is eye-catching and delicate. Purple asparagus also grows out of the soil and is affected by sunlight when planted, but the sunlight time is different from that of green asparagus, resulting in different colors. The special nutrients of purple asparagus are anthocyanins, vitamin C, etc., which are beneficial in delaying skin aging and helping with beauty and maintenance. Therefore, avoid high temperature and long cooking when cooking to reduce nutrient loss.
