October Rose Grape, also known as Shine Muscat, is an early-ripening seedless grape variety that harvests around October, featuring plump green-yellow berries (about 10-15g each) with thin, crisp skin, juicy flesh, and a distinctive muscat-rose aroma paired with high sweetness (18-22°Brix). Rich in vitamin C (about 10-15mg per 100g), potassium, and polyphenol antioxidants, it aids hydration, digestion, and immune support. As a premium table grape, it is commonly enjoyed fresh, in salads, juices, or jams without peeling, making it suitable for children and health-conscious eaters. Store in the refrigerator's crisper drawer (0-4°C) for 7-10 days, avoiding bruising to keep fresh.
