Winter melon is rich in water content, which can not only replenish water to the human body, but also has the effect of diuresis, which helps to avoid the occurrence of edema. In addition, it gives people a feeling of fullness after eating, which has a certain effect on diet and weight control. Cultivated varieties of mini winter melon: "small-fruited winter melon".
