Cooking Tips：

Mackerel Siew Mai

Steaming: No need to thaw, boil the Buddha in water, then steam for about 7 to 10 minutes.

Microwave heating: Open the bag, sprinkle a small amount of water on the dumplings, then put them in the microwave and heat at 800W on high for 3 minutes.

Air fryer: No need to defrost, take out the siomai and put them into the air fryer at 200 degrees and heat for 7 to 9 minutes.
