Red beans, sugar, peel.

The nutritional value of red beans:

1.1 Red beans also contain a variety of inorganic salts and trace elements, such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, zinc, etc.

1.2 Red bean contains more saponins, which can stimulate the intestines, so it has a good diuretic effect, can relieve alcohol, detoxify, and is beneficial to heart disease, kidney disease, and edema.

2 The nutritional value of tangerine peel:

Instructions:

Method 1) Open the packing box and take out the aluminum foil package, soak it in large hot water for five minutes, open the aluminum foil bag and drink.

Method 2) Open the packaging box and take out the aluminum foil packaging, tear open the aluminum foil packaging bag, pour the soup stock into the pot and heat it to an appropriate temperature for drinking (add a bit water in case sticky).
