Lotus seeds, a specialty product of Hunan Province, is a product of China's National Geographical Indication. Hunan, Hubei, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi and other places all produce lotus seeds, among which Lotus seeds from Xiangtan, Hunan ; Fujian, Jianning, and Xuanping in Zhejiang are called the three major Lotus seeds in China. The annual average temperature is about 17°C, and the sunshine and rainfall are abundant, forming favorable climatic conditions for Hunan Lotus seeds production. Hunan Lotus seeds granules are ellipsoid, with pale red skin color, fine skin texture, round, strong, uniform and plump. The total length of three mature lotus seeds connected vertically is one inch, so it is called "inch three lotus". Hunan Lotus seeds has milky white flesh, small space between cotyledons, straight lotus core and clear fragrance. How to eat:
