Product Description：Rice noodles are a South China snack made from popped or fried rice grains, topped with syrup and peanuts, and cut into fine pieces. As soon as the twelfth lunar month comes, Hakka people will "make rice" in every corner of the village, just like a small workshop.
Although it is low in nutrients, it is generally considered a low-calorie food and is often used by dieters as a substitute for high-calorie bread or other foods.
Ampaw is made from cooked white rice (usually leftovers). Dry in the sun for about four hours. They are then fried in hot oil to expand them. Drain the oil completely after frying. Glaze is prepared separately using brown sugar or molasses (or corn syrup), salt, butter, vinegar, or lime juice. Pour the glaze over the popcorn and mix until the grains are evenly coated. It is then cooled and formed into the desired shape before completely hardening. They are usually cut into square or rectangular pieces or molded into balls.
