Fu Kam Dragon Fruit Organic Farm is located in Kwu Tung, Sheung Shui. It was established in 2007 and covers an area of approximately 500,000 sf. It also has a variety of organic vegetables and orchards. Therefore, from December to June of the following year, we can provide seasonal vegetables and fruits, such as strawberries, fennel, cherry tomato, corn... and dragon fruit, watermelon, lychee, longan, monk fruits and passion fruit from June to November In their current production period. Our products are healthy, high-quality and delicious choices!

☺️Introduction of organic turmeric:

Chinese medicine believes that turmeric is pungent, bitter, warm in nature and has analgesic effect. The curcumin in it can accelerate skin wound healing, inhibit the growth of tumor cells, and have antioxidant properties.

Turmeric powder can soothe arthritis, diabetes, heal wounds, prevent degenerative diseases, improve digestion, natural liver detoxification, boost immune system, maintain ideal body weight, lower cholesterol.

☺️How to eat turmeric:

1. Chopped fried rice
2. Slice and add sugar to boil turmeric tea,
3. Whole curry
4. Fried rice/porridge with oil and chili
5. Soak feet in boiling water to dispel wind and reduce inflammation

Nutritional value: Yellow ginger/turmeric has the effect of lowering cholesterol and anti-inflammatory drugs. It can reduce swelling, clear liver, anti-oxidant, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and relieve pain, promote blood circulation, and treat rheumatism.
