Rich in polysaccharides, it can improve the body's immune function and liver blood. Most of them are combined with fresh Chinese yam, figs, bamboo fungus, chicken, etc., and simmered for 2 hours on low heat to make a delicious medicinal soup. Agaricus blazei, also known as Brazilian mushroom, is one of the three health-care edible mushrooms alongside Hericium erinaceus and Camellia sinensis. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Agaricus blazei is flat and sweet, has the effect of strengthening the brain and kidney, strengthening the body and replenishing deficiency, and is a good supplement for the infirm. Modern research shows that Agaricus blazei has various effects such as lowering cholesterol and blood lipids, lowering blood sugar, improving liver function, anti-allergic reaction, improving digestive and immune system functions, and inhibiting the growth of cancer cells.

However, artificial cultivation technology requires high requirements, and it has only recently been successfully cultivated in Hong Kong. After artificial cultivation, it has become a popular edible fungus. The fresh mushroom caps are dark brown and the stems are milky white; the dried ones are orange-yellow, the flesh is tight and elastic, and the aroma is full.

Agaricus blazei is orange-brown, shiny, with almond fragrance. It is really fragrant when used to make soup. Add a little cashew nuts and soybeans to cook together, and the meat will not fall off.
