Mr. Kwok Ming Cheung, the owner of Honwal, has been with chickens for decades in his life. He obtained a master's degree in livestock nutrition in Canada in his early years. He bought the Yuen Long farm in 1989 and has been operating since then. Hong Kong people and the healthier Kamei Chicken set up Kamei Chicken Farm, allowing Hong Kong people to taste delicious local chickens.
