Bijas Vegetarian ・ 一念素食
We are the first restaurant in Hong Kong to promote healthy vegetarian food on a university campus. We are also a social enterprise that supports equal opportunities and inclusion. The hearing-impaired, mentally retarded, autistic and mentally rehabilitated people are the indispensable core of our team. member.
In collaboration with the local farming organisation "Hong Kong Radish" (
香港蘿蔔), we use organic radishes grown on friendly land to produce seasonal radishes without chemical fertilisers and pesticides. Limited quantity for the Chinese New Year, available while stocks last.
