Poon Choi Delicacy with Whole Abalone

Poon Choi is in charged by Mr Wan Chef, which included several kinds of precious ingredients. Origin abalone is the signature of this Poon Choi.  Combining with other seafood and traditional Chinese food, can satisfy you with enjoyment.

This product is a pre-ordered Chinese New Year food, it will take 2 to 3 days to arrange, or it may be delivered separately.

Abalone Poon Choi ingredients: oyster fish maw, braised abalone, scallop melon, premium dried oyster, homemade hand-made shrimp balls, Hakka salted chicken, braised pork hoof, large goose palm in abalone sauce, mushroom in oyster sauce, southern sauce Pork belly, smooth fish balls, pork skin in soy sauce, oyster soyabean sticks, crispy fried taro, southern sauce lotus root, sweet radish.

* For 4 people / 6 people, Poon Choi will adjust the amount of ingredients according to the proportion.

The sauce ingredients (Southern Milk Sauce, Zhu Hou Sauce, (the main ingredients are taro), shrimp soup, garlic, dried onion paste, will be served separately, the sauce is very particular when used! Sure enough, it is a star chef.
