043 Enhance the body's immune function. Some scholars used the carbon particle clearance method to determine the effect of black-bone chicken powder on the function of the mononuclear macrophage system, proving that black-bone chicken can improve the phagocytic function of macrophages. Japanese scientists have also discovered that the black-bone chicken bone contains uretin, which is an effective anti-cancer substance, especially effective against lung cancer. Some people have advocated that cancer patients should avoid eating chicken, otherwise it will cause the spread and metastasis of cancer. This statement has no scientific basis. Japanese scholar Professor Kojima conducted an experiment in which he injected cancer cells into chickens. When he conducted a physical examination one week later, he found that the cancer cells were gone, and no cancer-related toxins or carcinogens were found, indicating that the cancer cells were eliminated by the anti-cancer immune substances in the chicken's body. Later, he injected the cancer cells into a chicken. Five hours later, while the cancer cells were still in the chicken, the chicken was killed and boiled in 100℃ boiling water for 2 minutes. The chicken was immediately taken out for testing, and the results showed that all the cancer cells had disappeared, and no other harmful substances were found. This experiment shows that chicken is not carcinogenic, but has anti-cancer effects.
