Australian White Peach is a premium peach variety abundant in Australia, primarily grown in orchards in southeastern Australia (such as Victoria and New South Wales). The flesh is pure white or pale creamy white, with a delicate, juicy texture that melts in the mouth. It is extremely sweet (typically reaching 13-16 degrees Brix or higher), with a subtle floral and refreshing fruity aroma. Its very low acidity contributes to its smooth and elegant flavor, earning it the reputation of being "the sweetest peach." The skin is thin and easy to peel, and the flesh is almost entirely free of tartness, making it ideal for eating fresh. It is also frequently used in high-end desserts, fruit platters, and juices. The Australian White Peach season typically runs from December to March (Australian summer). Due to limited production and the need for air freight, it is a high-priced imported fruit in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and mainland China.
