We are still working hard, because there are thousands of ingredients, please wait for us (sweat), most of the products and ingredients are directly picked up from the suppliers, and some of them are fresh meat ( Fresh chicken and fresh pork), some require us to pick up the goods in person, and many even come from remote farms in the New Territories, or the suppliers don’t arrive in our hands until 2pm in the afternoon, so we are really not like HKTVMall or other platforms, most of the goods that are delivered early in the morning already in storage. Our delivery time is usually around 3:00 to 7:00pm, if the ingredients need to be used on the same day, it may be affected, you need to bear good preparations, our logistics team is a small team and that is our most!

🔆 We encourage customers to place our order at least 2 days earlier (T+2). As we spend a lot of time preparing some of the ingredients, the logistics cost is our biggest cost. Customers often place orders at night and we cannot prepare them. From Saturday to Thursday, if the order is placed after 4:30pm, we will postpone one day more.
