Due to the influence of Hong Kong National Security Law (中華人民共和國香港特別行政區維護國家安全法) and the requirements of our relevant licenses, please note that our business activities must not violate the following laws:
Acts Or Activities Related To National Security
1. As a supplier, you must not commit or be involved in any offensive behavior.
2. We need to suspend the relevant services and supplies if the following circumstances occur:
(a) An organization, individual or any of its related persons has committed or been involved in, or is committing or being involved in, any offensive behavior;
(b) The law enforcement agency reasonably believes that the continued validity of the license/permit is not conducive to national security; or
(c) The law enforcement agency reasonably believes that the termination of the license/permit is in the public interest of Hong Kong (including the protection of public morals, public order and/or public safety).
3. In providing the relevant services and supplies to your company or individual:
(a) "Offensive conduct" means any conduct or activity that is in any way related to this license/permit and that constitutes or causes any crime endangering national security;
According to relevant laws, may constitute or cause any crime endangering national security; or
According to relevant laws, is detrimental to national security or the public interest of Hong Kong (including public morals, public order and/or public safety) in the performance of relevant services or needs;
(b) "Crimes endangering national security" has the meaning given by the "Safeguarding National Security Ordinance";
(c) "Associated persons" means, in relation to a person, the directors, managers, employees, agents and contractors of that person, and "Associated persons" means any of the above persons;
(d) The meaning of the words "commit" or "involve in" and their grammatical variations and cognates include but are not limited to acts of aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring a matter.
