🔅 If there is any omission in the delivery on the day of delivery, or out-of-stock items, we will mark on the "delivery note" for which item requires "refund" (or marked "R"), and we will arrange a refund in the normal case. Customers are also welcome to remind us to give back the item in the next order.
🔅 Due to the online pricing of some fresh ingredients (including Kamei chicken, Kinying pig, etc.), there will be a slight discrepancy between the actual product label prices and because the supplier cannot give us sufficient retail profits to offset logistics cost, the product price will be slightly higher (generally not over 5-10%) to make up for the additional costs of packaging and logistics for chilled goods (bear in mind that we pick up most of the fresh ingredients from our suppliers and than give you by transport).
On the other hand, the actual weight of the product may be different from the actual weight set by the online store. Sometimes The actual weight is higher than the weight specified in the online store, and sometimes the actual weight is lower than the specified weight. In addition, some of our customers will receive a 3% to 10% customer level discount in most case. We hope that the customers who are helping us can tolerate these prices of product DO NOT follow the label price. With the above measures, we hope to be able to meet the needs of some customers want us to have LOW PRICE, LOW MINIMUM QUANTITY and FREE SHIPPING.
🔅 If you encounter any quality, mismatch, omission, or any out-of-stock problems, we will be happy to refund the purchase money to your "Store Credit" account with us (https://www.healthyexpress.hk/user_credits). There is no usage limit, it will automatically deduct your payment on your next purchase (and most important there is without any expiry date).
🔅 But, upon the customer's request, we can refund the money to your bank or designated electronic wallet. However, due to the increase in administrative work required by our colleagues, it also takes more time to process, which takes 2-3 days. If you continue to spend money with us, returning your shopping deposit will save us some administrative costs and efficiency.
