This is a simplified list from the Hong Kong seed website for spring seeds. Each has Chinese and English names, a photo, and a short description. Perfect for spring planting!
- 南瓜 (Pumpkin)大大的橙色瓜,煮湯或烤著吃很甜。Big orange pumpkin, great for soup or baking.
- 苦瓜 (Bitter Cucumber)綠色有顆粒,涼拌或炒菜,清熱解暑。Green and bumpy, stir-fry or cold dish to cool down.
- 冬瓜 (Wax Gourd)白白胖胖的瓜,煮湯超清甜。Big white gourd, perfect for light soup.

- 蒲瓜 (Bottle Gourd)長長的瓜,炒或煲湯都很嫩。Long gourd, tender in stir-fry or soup.
- 節瓜 (Hairy Gourd)表面有毛,炒蛋超好吃。Fuzzy skin, delicious stir-fried with egg.
