Ruichun Soy Sauce Aber Black Bean Soy Sauce - ¼ Tea spoon

practice:
Cloud ear is cooked with oil and salt water, and it is set up for later use.
Fry incense salted fish, spare.
Jiang Rong stir -fry, add dried bean, asparagus, cloud ears, vegetarian fish and red pepper.
Add the seasoning and appropriate amount of raw pink water and fry until you dry.
Sprinkle pine nuts in the end.

Steps:
Blanch Black FUNGUS with Salt and Oil. Drain and set aside.
Sear Vegan Salted Fish and Set ASIDE.
Sauté Minced Ginger Until Fragrant, then ADD All INGREDIENTS (Except Pine Nuts), Stir to Combine.
Add Seasoning and Cornstarch Slurry, COOK Unil ThiCKENED.
Transfer to a server and topped with pine nuts. Ready to server.

Soft TOFU (DICED) - 2 PCS
Red Pepper - 1/4 PC
King Oyster Mushroom (DICED) - 2 PCS

Seasoning:
Ruei Chun Grandpa Black Bean Soy Paste -3 TSP
UO Nature Sea Salt
Soy Sauce - 4 TSP

practice:
Salted fish, tofu and Pleurotus eryngii are fried separately and set up for later use.
Stir -fry the mushrooms and vegetable heart.
Add a small amount of water, tofu, Pleurotus eryngii, vegetarian fish and seasonings, stir fry and cook for 1 minute.
Add raw powder water to thicken, put on red pepper shreds.

Steps:
Sear Salted Fish, Tofu and King Oyster Mushroom Separatra.
SAUTé Mushroom and Choy Sum Until Fragrant.
Add a Small Amount of Water, Tofu, King Oyster Mushroom, Salted Fish and Seasoning. Stir-Fry for 1 Minute.
Add Cornstarch Slurry, Cook Until Thickened. Transfer on a Serving Plate and Topped with Shredded Red Pepper.
