「やさしい梅屋」(正式名稱為「有機梅干し専門店 やさしい梅屋さん」)是位於日本和歌山縣的四代傳承梅干專門店,自1940年起專注於有機梅干的生產。

The Fukami family handles everything from cultivation to processing, using JAS-certified organic Nanko plums (grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers) pickled with natural sea salt (such as Australian sun-dried or Hyogo Prefecture sea salt), with no added chemicals, preservatives, or water. The plum orchards are located in the mountainous area near the UNESCO World Heritage Kumano Kodo, in a pristine environment with annual pesticide residue testing (undetected for many years).

Key products include various flavors of organic umeboshi (sour, low-salt, shiso-pickled, sweet, three-year aged, etc.), organic ume vinegar (white/golden and red shiso versions), and ume paste. Emphasis is placed on hygiene, with a dedicated facility built in 2022 meeting international standards; some products are vegan-certified with overseas export records. Umeboshi and ume vinegar are traditional health foods rich in organic acids, polyphenols, and minerals, aiding digestion and fatigue relief.
