Ingredients: Peanuts, Sugar, Sesame, Shredded Coconut, Glutinous Rice Flour

Sister Chiu's glutinous rice dumplings (also written as glutinous rice dumplings), also known as glutinous rice balls, are a kind of popular in Guangdong, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Glutinous rice cake and Japanese mochi are similar foods, and even the two are basically the same, mainly using glutinous rice flour as the skin, and the sweet filling is mainly peanuts and sugar. The glutinous rice flour and hot water are continuously kneaded until the filling can be filled, and then put in the filling and wrapped. Cook for 10-12 minutes and it's done.

How to store tea cake


 ❌ Tea cake should not be sun-dried and should not be placed in the refrigerator.  Can be stored at room temperature for a short period of time.

 ❌ Do not reheat the tea cake or glutinous rice cake, the sugar will melt and the skin will turn into a lily.

 💯 If you can't eat it in the sun, you can put it in the freezer. When you eat it, let it cool at room temperature for more than 4 hours, and it can return to softness.
