Raw Thai tender coconut meat (frozen) can be used as a base for smoothies or mixed into creamy and dairy-free coconut milk. You can also chop it up and add it to salads, or use it as a topping for yogurt or oatmeal. Additionally, you can use it in recipes that call for coconut meat, such as curries, soups, and desserts.

🍎 Preserve fruits
1. Fruits especially with softer skin, if packaged, should be placed in the cold box in the original package;
