Mrs. Lam used to be the representative farmer of the annual fisher, farmers and food carnival, with a cheerful and sunny smile. His crops and yields are very rich, and he sells crops at Mei Foo Organic Farm and Kam Sheung Road West Rail Station on Sunday and evening respectively.
Mrs. Lam’s organic farm in Sha Tin Hang. The government proposed the Kam Tin South development plan in 2015, reclaiming 12.3 hectares of land and planning to build 8,000 public housing units. The Sha Tin Hang where Mrs. Lam is located is one of the reclaimed agricultural lands. Mrs. Lam Farm now belongs to the relocated farmers. The agricultural park project will be completed in 2024. Miaoxiang No. 7 is a warm-climate strawberry variety bred by Shandong Agricultural University from a cross between Hongyan and Tiancharlie. The fruit is conical, with an average single fruit weight of 35.5 grams, 25.9% higher than the control variety Hongyan; the fruit surface is bright red and shiny; the flesh is bright red, delicate, and has a strong aroma, 9.9% soluble solids, a sugar-acid ratio of 10.5, and a VC content of 77 mg/100 g; the pith is small. Under the conditions of protected field forcing cultivation, the disease rate is significantly lower than that of Hung Ngan (紅顏) 和 Charles Sweet (甜查理).
Miaoxiang No. 7 は、山東農業大学が紅岩×スイートチャーリーの交雑種を用いて育成した暖地性イチゴ品種で、果実の形は円錐形で、平均果実重は 35.5 グラムで、対照品種の紅岩より 25.9% 高い。果実の表面は真っ赤で光沢があり、果肉は繊細で、可溶性固形分 9.9%、糖酸比 10.5、果皮は 77 mg です。保護栽培条件下では、ホンヤンやスイートチャーリーに比べて発病率が大幅に低かった。果実の発育期間は約50日で、保護区では通常10月上旬に植え付けられ、12月下旬に成熟し始め、翌年1月中旬に結実期に入ります。 2条畝栽培を採用し、9月上旬に定植、10月下旬に温室を加温し、温度・湿度管理、花・果実管理、肥料・水管理などの技術は従来通り。一般保護地栽培品種のもの。
治療対象疾患：うどんこ病、灰色かび病、バーティシリウム萎凋病の発生率はそれぞれ5.1%、5.6%、4.2%です。

It is not difficult to grow strawberries, but you need to prepare them well in advance. 🔹 About Kwu Tung South Hong Kong Agricultural Park, New Territories
The Agricultural Park in the Tsiu Keng, Kwu Tung South covers an area of about 223 hectares, which is equivalent to 12 time of areas of Victoria Park and is one of the largest agricultural lands in Hong Kong.
