🌱 About the Producer:
In the early 1990s, a couple left Switzerland with two children and settled in an antique corner of Permont, Italy. The Stutz family controls the entire production chain of Robiola cheese. Since its establishment, the farm operated by this family has been the cradle of excellent craftsmanship, retaining the long -established technical essence and hugging innovation.
Their goal is to get rid of the rhythm of the city, re -contact nature, raise goats and make cheese.
As we often say, as the children grow up, Jerom and Ramon today manages the farm founded by their parents: Azienda Agricola Stutz. Or more precisely, they still manage all this together.
The Stutz family management starts from the entire production chain of breeding: about 250 goats of CAMOSCIATA species and several local Capra Di Roccaverano goats are freely grazing on grass on Mount Lamaga for 8 months each year, with grass, shrubs and leaves.
In winter, they changed to eat dry grass, so they reached the traditional drought period, and they obviously ushered in new life. The company only processes its own herd milk, which is strictly raw. Therefore, in the grazing season, from March to April to October to November, Robiola, produced with raw sheep milk Presidium.

🛍 Product Information:
The Stutz family controls the whole production chain of this Robiola cheese. The couple left Switzerland at the beginning of the 90s with their 2 kids to settle in a quaint corner of Piedmont, in Italy. Since its inception, this family-run farm has been a cradle of artisanal excellence, preserving the essence of time-honoured techniques while embracing innovation.
Crafted from Piemontese goat's milk, this Robiola undergoes a 30-day maturation cocooned in chestnut leaves.
This process creates a creamy, dense interior with a soft, runny layer just under the rind. Ideal to pair with sparkling wines and Chardonnay!
