Parsley is a variant of lettuce, also known as naked oatmeal, or bitter in some places. It is a chrysanthemum material. It is a sharp-leaf nest lettuce with tender shoots and young leaves as products.

The leaves are long lanceolate, the color is green, and red the texture is crisp and tender, the taste is extremely fresh, delicate, and has a unique flavor. It contains a lot of vitamins and a lot of calcium, iron,

Protein, fat, vitamin A, VB1, VB2 and other nutrients.

Wash the leaves and drain the water, fry the garlic in a dry pan, add oil to a boil, add parsley, add a little sugar and stir fry slowly.
