About the Maker
Amy Elkhoury is the founder and CEO of Nuteese®️. She is a Plant-Based Chef and a conscious Foodie with a background in Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition, Yoga and Animal Rescue. She brings her passions into her creations. She's an avid learner and loves being a wizard in her Plant-Based Food Lab, "Atelier Nuteese". She then moved to Shanghai where she spent the next few years exploring Asia, travelling and studying with several world-renowned raw and plant-based chefs such as Matthew Kenney. She launched Nuteese®️ after settling in Hong Kong in 2020.
One of the biggest challenges in switching to a plant-based diet is often letting go of dairy cheeses. She wanted to create products that are delicious, healthier and that can save animals without compromising on taste. That’s why Nuteese®️ is made for the compassionate gourmet.
Her passions are travel, caring for animals and dance. She loves hiking with her dog early in the morning. It allows her to enjoy nature and silence and to start the day on a positive note.
Always innovating and keen to implement all she has learned from years of studying plant-based cuisine, She is developing new product lines.

Cam Meets Brie Nut Cheese
This blend of camembert and brie is made the same traditional way as its French namesake. Hard rind, mild taste and creamy texture. Aged at least for 15 days to allow the hard rind to develop and achieve the perfect mild taste and creamy texture. It is of course vegan.
Truffle Hunter Nut Cheese
This Artisanal Cheeze is made from activated and cultured cashew. Aged with love and care for over 20 days in our Cheeze cellar. Seasoned with generous shavings of black truffle and spices and of course vegan.
Try with risotto, pasta, a slice of pizza or simply eat it with crackers. Enjoy with a glass of Chardonnay or Barolo.
Nuts for Mozz Nut Cheese
Nuts for Mozz is a fresh plant-based cheeze. You can use it an alternative to a mozzarella di bufala, slice it for a caprese salad, in a panini or on a pizza. Keep refrigerated. Keeps for a week in the refrigerator. 100g
Hot N' Smokey Nut Cheese
This Artisanal Cheeze is made from activated and cultured cashew. Fermented in a blend of Lapsang tea to give it that smokey flavour. Aged with love and care for over 20 days in our Cheeze cellar. Made using minimal ingredients using a special blend of spices and espelette pepper without any preservatives and of course vegan.
Simply enjoy it on crackers with a white Jurançon.
Somerset Noble Nut Cheese
This Artisanal Cheeze is made from activated and cultured cashew. Aged with love and care for over 20 days in our Cheeze cellar. Made using minimal ingredients using a special blend of spices without any preservatives and of course vegan.
Slice it on your favourite vegan burger or sandwich or simply enjoy it on crackers with a glass of Cabernet.
Tuscan Sun Nut Cheese
This Artisanal Cheeze is made from activated and cultured cashew. Aged with love and care for over 20 days in our Cheeze cellar. Flavoured with fresh tomatoes, seasoned and dehydrated in our lab and of course vegan.
Slice on your favourite pasta, pizza or just on a cracker with your favourite Sangiovese.
Coeur de figues Nut Cheese
This Artisanal “chèvre” style Cheeze is made from activated, cultured and fermented cashew and macadamia blend. It’s a salty sweet cheese as it hides a centre of fruity fig and rosemary. Aged with love and care for over 20 days in our Cheeze cellar. Made using minimal ingredients without any preservatives and of course vegan.
Simply enjoy it on crackers with a Champagne.
Peace in the Middle East Nut Cheese
This Middle Eastern inspired spread is made from activated fermented cashew nuts and seasoned with Zaatar, mint and pistachios and of course vegan. Spread on a toast or on a flat bread for breakfast with some Turkish tea or enjoy with a mezze style dinner with a Lebanese Chardonnay.
Keep refrigerated. Cheezes are good for 30 days.
