Taste: Eggplant meat has a very sweet and mild flavor, and the entrance is smooth and creamy. It is a variety commonly used in high-end restaurants.

Appearance: There are round and long, shallow or deep, with highly recognizable white and purple patterns, and the epidermis is thin and tender. Eggplant is nutritious and contains a variety of vitamins and minerals, including a large amount of minor plant anthocyanins. Eating it regularly can prevent the increase of cholesterol levels in the blood and delay the aging of the human body.

Nutritional value: Eggplant contains many vitamins and minerals. It contains a large amount of secondary plant anthocyanins.

Cooking method:Eggplants are not suitable for raw food, they contain a lot of solanine. It is recommended to steam or stir-fry eggplant, because most of the vitamins, plant ingredients and dietary fiber are in the cortex.
