Product Description:Silver Pin Noodle is made of sticky rice, soaked in cold water, ground into powder, mixed with boiling water, repeatedly kneaded into a ball, and then rubbed back and forth with a special "Thousand-hole Bun Scrub" rack. The finished noodles are soaked in cold water to cool, and then dried. Silver Pin Noodle is easy to digest and suitable for all ages. Because Silver Pin Noodle is a rice product, it used to be one of the staple foods for Hakka people.
Silver Needle Noodles originated in Dapu, Meizhou, Guangdong, and are Hakka noodles. Because of its pointed ends, it looks like a mouse, so it is called "mouse cake". It was later spread to Taiwan, and was called "Mi Si Mu" by the local Hakka people to describe the production process of Silver Pin Noodle.
