🥘Recipe:

Lemon pound cake is a success~

formula:
Pure butter 140g
120g powdered sugar
115g whole egg liquid
145g low-gluten flour
Lemon zest (2 pieces)

Lemon Juice:
10g granulated sugar
50g water
15g lemon juice

Step:

  1. Room temperature softened butter, lightly whipped
  2. Add powdered sugar and stir with a spatula
  3. The whole egg liquid should be at room temperature in advance, otherwise the water and oil will separate
  4. Add several times and blend well each time
  5. If the water and oil separate, place a basin of warm water to
  6. Sift in low-gluten flour and stir well
  7. Add lemon zest and mix well, then put into the mold
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 32-38 minutes
  9. The cut can be removed after 20 minutes
  10. Let it crack naturally
  11. Boil the lemon sugar water for brushing the surface while baking
  12. Pour sugar water into the pot and boil
  13. Pour in lemon juice and let cool
  14. Brush with lemon syrup, seal and refrigerate overnight.
