Lemon pound cake is a success~
formula:
Pure butter 140g
120g powdered sugar
115g whole egg liquid
145g low-gluten flour
Lemon zest (2 pieces)
Lemon Juice:
10g granulated sugar
50g water
15g lemon juice
Step:
Room temperature softened butter, lightly whipped
Add powdered sugar and stir with a spatula
