Stewed Lemon with Rock Sugar and Citrus Peel
Material: 350-400 grams of rock sugar, 4-5 grams of dried tangerine peel, about 250 grams of lemon (1-2 pcs)
Production Method:
- Soak the dried tangerine peel, scrape off the white pulp, and cut it into shreds.
- Rinse the lemons under running water to remove dust from the skins, then dry them with kitchen paper. Slice or quarter the lemon, remove the seeds, and set aside.
- Prepare the stew pot, wash and dry. Lemon slices/horns and rock sugar are built into the stew pot in an interlayer. Finally, spread the dried tangerine peel on the top layer.
- Cover the stew pot and simmer for 8-10 hours.

Material:
- 50g raw barley
- 20g cooked barley
- 4 candied dates
- Water (6 measuring cups) 1½ liters
- 4 to 6 lemon slices
Method:
Rinse raw and cooked barley with water and drain.
Pour water into a deep pot, add raw barley, cooked barley and candied dates, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium-low heat, and cook for about 30 to 45 minutes.
