Avocado Indonesia
Indonesian avocados generally have bright green skin that will stay green even as the fruit matures, though some varieties will ripen to a dark purple. They come in different shapes and sizes, varying from round to elongated or pear-shaped, and weighing as much as a pound and a half.
Known as alpukat in Indonesia, they grow mainly in low-elevation tropical regions, especially the island of Java. Avocados (avocados) are also classified as West Indian, Guatemalan, or Mexican. Indonesian avocado varieties with larger fruits and green skin are thought to be from the West Indian race, while the smaller, darker varieties are from the Mexican race and its natural hybrids. In addition, Indonesian avocados are more generally divided into two categories: the avocado type, which has a creamy pulp and is rich in healthy fats; and the milk type, which has a thin pulp and is low in oil.

Whole, ripe avocados will last two to three days in the refrigerator, while sliced avocados will last for a day or two.

In West Sumatera, avocados are heavily produced in Jorang Girimaju, Nagari Kotabaru, Luhak Nandua, Solok and Pasaman Barat.
Hass is generally available in Hong Kong. Mostly from South America or Australia, the high fat pulp, nutty flavor and almond butter texture make Hass both a classic avocado and a worldwide favorite. Its oil content can reach 20% or more, and its skin is tough and durable—perfect for transport, but also seasonal: year-round.
Other avocado varieties grown in the Americas: Bacon, Fuerte, Zutano, Pinkerton, Gwen, Lamb Hass, Reed.
The two main avocado varieties grown in Australia are Hass and Shepard. Hass is from May to January and Shepard is from February to May.
