Morita Shoyu is a traditional Japanese soy sauce brand from Okuizumo, Shimane Prefecture, founded in 1903. Made with domestic whole soybeans, wheat, and sun-dried salt, fermented entirely in wooden vats at their own facility. Emphasizing safety and natural flavor without additives or preservatives, it's mildly aromatic and ideal for sashimi or tofu. Signature product: Whole Soybean Raw Soy Sauce.
