1. Purchase frozen shrimp slippers and defrost them together with the packaging in cold water before eating. It takes about an hour in winter and faster in summer.
2. The thawed shrimp loses its elasticity during the freezing process, so stir it multiple times with your hands or chopsticks, or pick it up and beat it multiple times.
3. After stirring, use your hands to form the shrimp into a ball shape and put it into the boiling water. When the shrimp [2] floats from the water, it is ready.

Seafood sauce, hot pot base, chili sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, chopped green onion, green pepper
practice
Process the raw materials, heat the pan with cold oil, add hoisin sauce, chili sauce, and hot pot base ingredients and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.
