5 simple steps to do it

Preparation time

Garlic: 2 cloves of dried onion: 3 slices of ginger: 10 slices of bamboo: 4 mushrooms: 6 horseshoes: 6 lamb brisket (cut pieces): 1 pound water: 700-800 ml rock sugar: 20 g light soy sauce: 1 Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon Zhuhou sauce: 2 tablespoons Southern milk: 1 brick fermented bean curd: 2 tablespoons

How to cook:

1. After the water is boiled, add sliced ginger, green onion and Shaoxing wine, add lamb belly and cook for about 10 minutes

2. Wash the bamboo and winter mushrooms, soak and set aside, peel off the horseshoes, and cut in half

3. Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger slices and shallots first, then add lamb belly and seasonings

4. After boiling, add horseshoe and mushrooms and stew for about 1 hour

5. Put in the bamboo sticks and stew for 10-15 minutes at the end

finished! Everyone, hurry up and eat while it's hot!

Edible tips:

1. First defrost the whole lamb pack in hot water

2. Remove the plastic bag and put the lamb belly juice in a pot and boil

3. Remove the lamb belly ingredient pack bag, take out the lamb belly and ingredients

4. Put it into the lamb bouillon juice pot and heat for 10 minutes,

5. Ready to eat
