材料 | 雞髀2隻、生抽1湯匙、老抽1/2湯匙、紹酒1/2湯匙、蒜蓉1湯匙、蜜糖2湯匙 |
做法 | 1. 雞髀洗淨抹乾,用小鎚揼鬆。 |
2. 再以小刀在厚肉位置𠝹幾刀。 | |
3. 加入生抽、老抽、紹酒、蒜蓉、1湯匙蜜糖醃1小時。 | |
4. 燒熱鑊,下多一點油。 | |
5. 放入已抹去醃料的雞髀,皮向下,以中小火半煎炸至金黃。 | |
6. 反轉另一面煎至熟,髹上蜜糖,再反轉以中大火略煎即成。 |
