How to eat:
Uncover the scallops, wash them clean and remove any parts you won’t eat.
Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft and set aside; add light soy sauce (or steamed fish soy sauce) to the vermicelli and mix it together (depending on personal taste).
Put 3 garlic cloves into the pot and cook until golden brown. Remove from the pot and mince the other 3 garlic cloves into minced garlic.
