"Coeur de Pigeon" Tomato is a traditional French heirloom variety named for its distinctive pigeon-heart shape. The medium-sized fruits (about 80–150 g) are deep pink to red with a slightly pointed tip, resembling a dove's heart. They feature thick, juicy flesh with few seed cavities, offering a rich, balanced flavor of sweet fruitiness and mild acidity—ideal for fresh salads, sauces, or roasting. This disease-resistant, indeterminate plant has a long harvest period and is favored by European home gardeners and professional growers alike.

🥗 Product Recipe (English)：

Easy to recognize by its lovely heart shape and rich, sweet flavour. It is grown on small farms under plenty of sunshine to ensure the best quality. The thin skin hides juicy, dense flesh with low acidity, making it smooth and refreshing to eat.Its deep red colour and natural, uneven look show it is carefully grown by hand. The sweetness is complex and the texture firm, so it works well both fresh and lightly cooked.

Try it sliced in fresh salads with basil, mozzarella or feta cheese, and a drizzle of olive oil for a simple and tasty meal. It’s also delicious just sprinkled with a little salt and eaten on its own to enjoy its pure flavour.

You can also grill or roast it lightly to bring out a warm, caramel-like sweetness that makes dishes feel extra special.
