1. Oyster and seaweed soup: 60 grams of fresh oysters, 5 grams of seaweed, 3 grams of ginger, and appropriate seasoning. Wash the oyster meat and pour it into the pot; soak the seaweed in warm water, wash the ginger and cut it into shreds, boil the oyster meat, seaweed and ginger shreds in water, and add a little salt. It is used for cancer patients suffering from yin deficiency and internal heat after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
2. Fried oyster meat: 500 grams of oyster meat, appropriate amount of salt, 150 grams of flour, appropriate amount of pepper and salt, 750 grams of cooked lard. Smash the oysters in the shell, take out the meat, wash and drain, add salt and mix well, and evenly coat them with flour. Place the wok on high heat, add cooked lard until 90% cooked, add the oyster meat and fry for about 1 minute, and remove when the skin turns yellow and the meat is cooked; when the oil temperature rises to 90% cooked again, add the oyster meat and fry it again, remove and put it on a plate. Pour pepper and salt into a dish. Used for patients with tumors who are weak and have blood deficiency. When cooked, take out the clams, pour out the juice that has seeped out, pour on the seasonings mixed with oil, mashed garlic, chopped mustard, MSG, and butter, then place the plate on the iron plate stove and cook over high heat until the clam meat in the plate rolls and the aroma is fragrant. This diet is mainly suitable for patients with bladder cancer who have urinary dysfunction or early urinary retention.
2. Clam and seaweed soup: 60 grams of clams and 30 grams of seaweed. After boiling, eat the meat, vegetables and drink the soup. Take 1 dose per day. One month is a course of treatment. It can be used for 3 courses in a row. Used for diet therapy of thyroid cancer.
